By accessing the website at ghloctane.com or engaging GHL Octane for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of GHL Octane.

GHL Octane operates as a GoHighLevel digital marketing agency providing specialized services, including but not limited to:

• Funnel & Landing Page Design & Optimization
• CRM & Pipeline Setup & Management
• Automation & Workflow Configuration
• White-Label Agency Builds & Domains
• Integrations & AI Enablement
• Chatbots & Voice Agents
• Lead Capture & Nurture Systems
• Support, Maintenance & Training
• API Integration
• Compliance & A2P Registration
• Social Media Marketing
• WordPress & Web Application Development

All services are delivered digitally. The specifics of each service engagement will be outlined during the consultation and defined in your service agreement or selected plan.

We offer subscription-based pricing plans as well as custom project quotes:

• Starter Plan ($800/Month): Includes up to 20 hours/week of a dedicated GHL expert for CRM setup, automation, funnels, and tech support.
• Growth Plan ($1,500/Month): Includes up to 40 hours/week of a dedicated GHL expert for full campaign buildouts, strategy calls, white-label setup, and advanced integrations.
• Enterprise Elite: Custom pricing based on tailored hours, multiple experts, and dedicated project management.

All fees are billed monthly through our designated payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the monthly billing cycle.

To effectively deliver our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary access credentials to your GoHighLevel account or related platforms.
• Approving deliverables and strategy plans in a timely manner.
• Paying all platform fees directly to GoHighLevel or other third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun, Zapier). Our service fees do not cover your software subscriptions.
• Ensuring that your business operations and messaging intent comply with A2P 10DLC and relevant carrier regulations when utilizing our Compliance services.

Work Product: Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of all final deliverables (funnels, automations, copy, designs) created specifically for their account.

White-Label Services: When utilizing our white-label agency builds, you have the right to present the GoHighLevel instance and associated assets to your clients under your own brand identity.

Our Systems: GHL Octane retains the rights to any proprietary implementation templates, internal scripts, or generalized workflows utilized across multiple client accounts.

Our core services heavily rely on GoHighLevel and may integrate with other third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, WhatsApp, and OpenAI.

Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service. GHL Octane is not liable for system outages, API deprecations, compliance suspensions, or feature changes instituted by GoHighLevel or other third-party vendors.

We take confidentiality seriously. GHL Octane agrees to keep all client data, customer lists, CRM information, and proprietary business processes confidential. We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services.

Similarly, clients agree not to disclose GHL Octane’s pricing, internal strategies, or proprietary configurations to direct competitors.

Because our services are billed on a month-to-month basis, either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

Upon termination, GHL Octane will cease work and relinquish access to the client’s systems. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless explicitly agreed upon.

GHL Octane strives to build high-converting, robust systems, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volume, or sales conversions.

In no event shall GHL Octane be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our services or the GoHighLevel platform. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
